Are your curly cuts dry or wet cuts?
We perform a signature dry cutting technique that we customize for every client. A full service haircut will include a dry cut, cleanse and style, and education along the way. Express cuts are for existing clients only.
How should I prepare my hair for an appointment ?
Haircut and color clients please arrive at the salon with your curls detangled & dry, in their natural state. Light to minimal product only. Before your appointment, it’s best to let your hair hang loosely—avoid ponytail holders or clips.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer that time to another guest on our waitlist.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, is a no-show, or if you’re more than 15 minutes late and we’re unable to accommodate you, the full cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Future bookings will pause until the fee is taken care of.
We completely understand that unexpected things come up, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when life happens. Thank you so much for respecting this policy and helping us keep our schedule fair and smooth for everyone.
How do I contact Curls HTX to book an appointment?
Please reach out via text message 713-295-9254 to inquire about services with Stepanie or Geddy. Phone calls will not be answered, so it’s best to leave a text message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you wish to book online with Geddy, he has a separate website for his booking and services Click here.
Where do I park?
We have a parking lot easily accessible in front of our salon. There is also ample street parking if the lot is full.
Can I bring extra people to the appointment?
Since we are a two person salon, we have a cozy little space that’s curated for a small amount of people at a time. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra people to your appointment unless you’re a parent accompanying a child/children getting a service.
