How do I book an appointment?
Stephanie and Geddy are accepting new clients on a waitlist basis only.
To join Stephanie’s waitlist, text your full name to (713) 295-9254.
To join Geddy’s waitlist, register via his booking site.
Waitlist openings occur only when an appointment is canceled, so we cannot provide a specific timeframe. Spots fill quickly. You only need to join once; your name will remain on the list until you request removal. Currently we are not accepting new hair color clients.
How should I prepare my hair for an appointment ?
Haircut and color clients please arrive at the salon with your curls detangled & dry, in their natural state. Light to minimal product only. Before your appointment, it’s best to let your hair hang loosely—avoid ponytail holders or clips.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer that time to another guest on our waitlist.
If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, is a no-show, or if you’re more than 15 minutes late and we’re unable to accommodate you, the full cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Future bookings will pause until the fee is taken care of.
We completely understand that unexpected things come up, and we’ll always do our best to work with you when life happens. Thank you so much for respecting this policy and helping us keep our schedule fair and smooth for everyone.
Where do I park?
Parking is available in front of the salon. If the lot’s full, there’s plenty of street parking.
Can I bring extra people to the appointment?
Since we are a two person salon, we have a cozy little space that’s curated for a small amount of people at a time. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra people to your appointment unless you’re a parent accompanying a child/children getting a service.
